What Are Mobs?

In Downtown Gangstaz, Mobs are your in-game friends — real players you recruit into your hood to support each other. Once someone becomes part of your Mob, they’re added to your personal crew. You cannot attack members of your Mob, and they gain access to special cooperative features.

Mobs allow you to build a trusted inner circle, giving you access to daily gift sharing, stronger alliances, and smoother gameplay. It’s your first step into building a community of allies in a city full of enemies.

How to Recruit via Mob Code

Each player in the game is given a unique Mob Code — a 9-digit identifier that can be shared with others. You can find your Mob Code in your profile and share it on the Shoutbox, Wall Comments, or on community fan pages.

To recruit someone, tap the Recruit tab on the home screen, enter their Mob Code, and send them an invite. Once they accept, they’ll be added to your Mob tab permanently. You can also browse public Mob Codes shared by other players to grow your network quickly.

As your Player Level increases, your Mob limit increases too, meaning the stronger you get, the bigger your family becomes.

Benefits of Mobs

Having a large and active Mob comes with multiple in-game advantages:

  • Daily Gifts: Every Mob member can send you gifts once every 24 hours. These gifts can include cash, products, stamina, and even diamonds.

  • Airdrop Access: Mob gifts appear in the Airdrop station. You’ll need to assign a thug to collect them.

  • Safe Connections: You cannot attack Mob members and they can’t attack you, allowing you to build alliances without the fear of betrayal.

  • Community Building: Many top players form trusted Mob circles for sharing tips, defense strategies, and game news.

A strong Mob = a strong empire.
